She was born in Peru, where her passion for cooking started. She has been trained by celebrity chef Nobuyuki Higuchi from Tokyo and brings over 25 years of experience to your table. She loves to teach cooking lessons

Loved having Chef Vivian in our Christmas dinner. Everyone had nothing else but compliments for the amazing service, and really the richness of the dishes was impressive. I cannot wait to have her again.
